RUST_LOG=trace gossip

or the `debug` level if too many output;
also, take a look at build features - there is few TLS implementation derived, not sure if it could help on #BSD https://github.com/YGGverse/gossip/blob/yggverse/gossip-lib/Cargo.toml#L18
